Personalized orders lock for production as soon as checkout completes, so names, spelling and photos cannot be changed afterwards. Please double-check every detail before you add to cart — we are not able to cover a misspelled name or a low-resolution photo.
Because every item is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives with a real problem, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you:
